Managing business as usual in the context of coronavirus / covid-19

13 March 2020

As a business, it is right and sensible that we track the development of coronavirus/covid-19 carefully and make appropriate preparations.

We’re following advice from the relevant Government bodies and our own specialist business continuity advisors to ensure we manage this situation appropriately, whilst continuing to deliver business as usual for our clients.

This is what we’re doing in Loud Mouth Media in order to provide a continued full service to our clients, as well as look after the health and well-being of our staff:

Health and wellbeing first

The health and well-being of our staff, our clients and partners is the most important thing. We recognise that as a responsible employer, we have a role to play alongside many others, in protecting the health and wellbeing of those around us. This will remain a priority.

Prepared for remote working

Should we need to, our Loud Mouths can work-from-home, with a secure infrastructure and contingency plans in place. Communications systems are in place to enable our staff to continue to provide the same standard and level of support to our clients as we always have done.

Virtual meetings

We have tested our remote working systems and are well placed to conduct meetings with clients by video or phone. Whilst there is no substitute for face-to-face meetings, we feel it’s important we all play our part in managing this situation as best we can. Where essential travel is required for our clients, we’ll be working with them individually to figure out how we manage that.

Supporting the wider Loud Mouth family

We know that as this situation develops, there may be further impact upon families as schools, nurseries and other establishments may close for a period of time. We will provide flexibility and understanding, with an acceptance that working days might not follow the normal pattern. However we will be available and will be continuing to work.

Flexible and responsive

As a digital marketing agency, we are well used to adapting to change and making it work for our business, and our clients’ businesses. We’ll continue to monitor this situation closely and will be ready to adapt should we need to.

We don’t envisage any material disruption to our client work during this uncertain time and are ready to get on with business as usual - our clients need us more than ever to keep on delivering.
