// THE ROLE

We’re excited to bring on board an experienced Digital Designer during this dynamic period of growth to join our Performance Creative team. The focus of the team is to interpret a brief, develop creative concepts and produce a range of digital assets to ensure maximum impact for our client’s digital campaigns. You will be an experienced digital designer with an exceptional eye for detail, adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment. Your passion should lie in crafting impactful digital creative concepts and messaging that drive maximum ROI for clients. You will not only excel in delivering our current workflow but also be eager to play a pivotal role in expanding the Performance Creative team at Loud Mouth Media.

You will be ambitious, innovative, and enthusiastic about all aspects of digital marketing with a true passion for creating top-tier content that resonates with audiences across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

// ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

In order to be considered for the following role you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Graphic Design (including motion) experience in a similar role and relevant qualification
  • Social native and has experience developing and creating video content for social and/or YouTube, etc
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
  • Proven ability to interpret briefs and provide creative insight.
  • Track record in interpreting, developing and implementing brand creatives across various channels.
  • Knowledge of the constraints and adaptations needed for utilising content across a number of different platforms.
  • Knowledge/awareness of copyright laws and licensing
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively interpret and implement feedback.
  • Ability to meet deadlines as you will be working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.
